Bereavement Hospitality Services works with our clients in creating a Travel Portfolio that 'LOCKS IN' your affordable bereavement AIRLINE TRANSPORTATION, HOUSING, and your GROUND TRANSPORTATION costs the day you decide you want to pre-arrange them. Your cost will be MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE because it will be computed as if it were a 14-day advance purchase instead of a "need it today or tomorrow" purchase. Housing will be at established and familiar AAA-rated hotels/motels, but at a 25% discount off the normal daily room rates, and Ground transportation (Auto Rentals) will be at a rate that is a 20% discount off the normal daily rates. Your Travel Portfolio is pre-paid, it is valid for as long you want it to be active, it has a required 60-day 'activation waiting period' , and can be renewed annually for a minimal cost.

- Based on your "Departure City" and "Destination City" we will price
- your bereavement travel costs at the BEST price available, based
- upon a 14-day advance purchase. Airline travel will also be the
- assumed type of transportation, however, we can arrange for your
- transportation to be by Rail or Bus, if you prefer.
- Hotel / Motel Reservations / Bookings (click for details)

Based on your "Destination City" and your personal preferences, we will select and price the most 'cost-practical' lodging in that locale for you. It will be based upon a presumed three-day-or-less stay, and will include a discount of as much as 50% off the facility's current day 'rake-rate' (the rate that the hotel is required to publish to the public). Often times, even greater discounts can be obtained, based on when the lodging is actually required by you, but our PROMISE is to 'lock in' a price that is at least 25% less than the prevailing daily rate of that property and room-type.

If you decide that Ground Transportation may be needed, we will provide pricing for your Auto Rental at your "Destination City", based on a presumed 'Three-Day' stay. The price we would quote will be at a minimum savings of 20% off the normal daily rate for the class of auto you would prefer, or would be based on 14-day advance reservations, which ever will provide the greater savings to you.

Your Bereavement Travel Portfolio details are in effect for One Year from the date of pre-payment, but, they can be changed or modified ANYTIME during that period, usually at NO EXTRA COST to you. It is simply a telephone call to our office and we will be more than glad to make the necessary adjustments that you may require.
