How Is My Hotel / Motel Paid For? And, What If I Stay Longer?
Your Hotel/Motel is billed to us, Bereavement Hospitality Services, and is paid by us for three nights worth of stay. If you decide that you have to stay longer, additional costs for your Hotel/Motel become your responsibility at that point. Our experience indicates that most stays are for three days/nights or less, but again, if you choose to stay longer, you can at your own additional expense.
Does The Same Thing Apply To Auto Rentals? And, Airline Tickets?
Yes. We (Bereavement Hospitality Services) are billed for your ground transportation for three days. If you decide that you want to extend that period, the additional costs are your responsibility. Likewise, if, by extending your stay, your airline ticket(s) have to be changed, you are responsible for any and all costs associated with making those changes. Our experience shows that this cost runs in the neighborhood of $50 - 75.00 per ticket-change, so please keep that in mind.
