How Do You Customize or Create My 'Portfolio' ?
We will calculate what your anticipated costs for transportation to your Loved One would be, hotel/motel accommodations costs while there , and what auto rental costs would be associated with traveling to see them.
Working with you, the client, and the knowledge of a loved one in your life who may currently be facing imminent 'passing' in the not-too-distant future, you would tell us the probable 'destination city' you might have to travel to in the event of such a loss. You would tell us whether or not you would need Hotel or Motel accommodations while there, and whether or not you would need an Auto rental while there. We would then research for the Best-Price available THAT DAY for Airline ticket (s) for traveling from your city to your 'destination city' based upon 14-day advance-purchase rates. For hotel or motel rates, we would compute your daily rate at one of our participating hotel/motel partner-chains at a discounted rate of 50% off the 'rack-rate' published by that chain for that particular facility.
For your ground transportation (auto rental), we would compute your daily rate at a discounted rate of 25% off the regular daily rate.
These three costs, or any
combination of them that you choose, would be the TOTAL cost of your travel
Portfolio,
and would be RESERVED for your use if and when you are notified of the
imminent or actual loss of a loved one. The Portfolio is yours for
use by you or anyone else that you designate to travel in your
place. Your Portfolio is valid for One year from the date of
payment, and can be used (activated) after a required mandatory 60-day waiting
period at ANY TIME thereafter.
