What EXACTLY does Bereavement Hospitality Services do? 

Bereavement Hospitality Services  works with you to 'custom-design' a Bereavement Travel Portfolio to be used by you in the event you're notified of the pending or actual LOSS of a loved one. Your Portfolio will consist of Pre-Planned and Pre-Paid TRAVEL arrangements for YOUR personal use in the event you are notified of a Pending Loss or Actual Loss of a Loved One. These arrangements could include Air Transportation, Housing (Hotel/Motel) Accommodations, and Ground Transportation (Car Rental) needs.

Our calculations are  based upon an assumption that we have at least 14-days notice from the current date for air, train and/or bus reservations (used for calculation-purposes only), and that amount would  be your real cost for transportation to your destination city.

Upon notification of your loss, you need only call our offices and our Support Reps will verify your loss and then determine from you when you want to travel and how you would like your documents delivered.   Your documents would be your tickets to get there and back, your confirmation of hotel/motel room reservation (s), and your auto rental details.   In many cases, much of this can be accomplished electronically and you would only need to provide proof of identification at each service-point to receive your services.   Your Support Rep will work out the details with you at the time of actual travel.
