Greetings, and Thank You for visiting our site.   If you are a first-time visitor here,  please understand that our site is not for everyone who has suffered the loss of a Loved one.   Unfortunately,  we can't help those of you who have just recently lost a Loved one.   Sadly, we also can't help those who expect to lose a Loved one in the near, short-term or immediate future.   

We can, however, help you if your expected loss will occur at least 60-days from today .     By  pre-planning for your bereavement travel needs  before your actual loss occurs, we will be able to provide you with several travel and lodging  options to choose from at very discounted prices that, in almost every case, would not be available if you had to arrange them yourself and especially if at the last minute.

Once again, our services are not for everyone, but, depending on your current  situation, that is that a loss is imminent due to a terminal illness or other non-recoverable condition, our services  may very well be a solution that deserves your consideration.

Our Mission

When you PRE-PLAN for the  expected loss of a Loved one, and decide to use Bereavement Hospitality Services, our singular goal is to eliminate your having to deal with the stress, the frustration and the high costs associated with arranging your bereavement travel needs and out-of-town lodging and transportation requirements  at the last minute.    We will find the best fares and rates for your round-trip travel, your accommodations while there, and your ground transportation.  We will  'lock in' those fares and rates, and when you actually have to travel for your expected loss, we will put your itinerary together for you based upon your pre-planned instructions.  

In most cases, a bereavement-related journey is already a very emotional one for those involved.   Our goal is to allow for your journey,  and the others  attending, to be as trouble-free, as stress-free, inexpensive and as frustration -free as possible.   At Bereavement Hospitality Services, that is our ONLY goal.
